Main Features:
Mechanical structure:
1. This equipment is a new energy-saving and economical equipment formed on the basis of the basic type vacuum forming machine combined with the Italian high-speed equipment.
2. It is welded of thick-walled square tube and high-quality Q235 steel plate. Tempered ny the CNC machining center before processing to prevent the deformation of the template,to improve the dimensional accuracy and prolong the service life of the equipment.
Feeding system:
1. Vertical double barrel ; with three feeding modes: normal pressure, high pressure and vacuum; equipped with automatic material level detection and automatic replenishment of raw materials; the double barrels use discs rotate to discharge, and have many discharge holes.
Steam system:
1. The steam pipeline adopts the Italian large-diameter air intake method, and the valve and pipeline are designed in the position closest to the mold to reduce the loss of steam in the pipeline and improve the energy saving efficiency.
2. Balance valve control and electric contact pressure gauge control, adjust the inlet pressure of the steam valve through the cavity pressure detection balance valve to ensure the same heating pressure and temperature in the cavity each time, save steam and reduce the loss by 20%.
Cooling system:
1. High-performance horizontal vacuum system is adopted, and the vacuum system is equipped with a large-flow spray system (the traditional equipment only sprays the surface of the mold to cool), so that the rising steam can be fully integrated into the water when it is cooled, and the condensation efficiency is improved, which greatly improves the vacuum pump's air suction efficiency, and reduced EPS cooling time.
Hydraulic system:
1. Adopt domestic famous brand hydraulic system, the mold opening and closing speed is increased from 160mm/s to 260mm/s.
2. Cooperate with the encoder to control the distance of mold opening and closing, and the speed conversion of the hydraulic system has no pause and vibration.
3. The equipment adopts double-cylinder hydraulic clamping structure, which has high clamping pressure, reliable and stable use and long service life.
Electrical System:
1. The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and all processes such as mold clamping - feeding - heating - heat preservation - cooling - demolding - mold opening are fully automatic.
2. The electrical components are all world-renowned brands, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, etc., to improve the stability of the equipment.
3. The mold chamber has a pressure sensor, which can control the pressure of the steam more accurately, making the equipment more energy-saving, and at the same time improving the efficiency of the machine.
4. The machine adopts an accurate rotary encoder to control the stroke of the machine to ensure that the machine stays the same every time, so that the weight of the raw materials added into the mold chamber is same each time; to ensure the opening and closing distance when demoulding, so that the products fall off easily.
