Main Features:
Mechanical structure:
1. All templates are welded by high-quality Q235 steel plate and thick-walled square tube. Tempered by the CNC machining center before processing to prevent template deformation, improve dimensional accuracy and prolong equipment service life.
2. The equipment comes with heightened legs, and it is not necessary for the customer to make an installation platform during installation. (The height of the legs can be determined according to the height of the customer's workshop)
Feeding system:
1. The horizontal insert material barrel is adopted, and there are various feeding modes such as normal pressure, high pressure, etc. The automatic molding machine can choose different feeding methods according to different products, so as to ensure fast and uniform feeding in the mold and feeding in the mold chamber onsistently. With 32 discharge holes.
Steam system:
1. The heating is controlled by a balance valve, which not only saves energy but also ensures that the steam pressure and temperature of each heating in the chamber are consistent.
Cooling system:
1. The vertical square barrel vacuum system is adopted; the top is equipped with a vacuum spray device, and the outlet is equipped with a steam-water separator to improve the vacuum suction efficiency, so that the equipment is assisted by water cooling, and vacuum is the main cooling method to ensure that the moisture content of the product is ≤ 7%.
Hydraulic system:
1. The hydraulic system uses domestic famous brand, and the main and auxiliary oil cylinders are used for operation and clamping respectively. The differential quick device can make the maximum stroke speed of the mold reach to 160mm/s to 200mm/s.
2. The equipment adopts hydraulic clamping, with large clamping pressure, reliable, stable and long service life.
Electrical System:
1. The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and all processes such as mold clamping - feeding - heating - heat preservation - cooling - demolding - mold opening are fully automatic.
2. The electrical components are all world-renowned brands, such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, etc., to improve the stability of the equipment.
3. The operating system has the function of production memory and production quantity statistics. The operator can click the touch screen to search or set the product molding process parameters by himself.
Type A equipment is economical type, using domestic high-quality brand components, valves, motors, pipes, etc.
Type B equipment is high-quality type, using world-renowned brand components, valves, motors, pipes, etc.
