6. Working principle: Since the glue should not be in contact with the air too much, the whole glue circuit is designed as a closed type. The raw material large glue barrel (200L) → chemical automatic feeding pump → main engine intermediate tank → filtration → precision metering → spray coating.
7. Metering method: screw pump, gear pump. Control mode: PLC/motor/touch screen. Input method: touch screen/jog.
8. Suitable process: dispensing, mixing, pouring, pouring, gluing, dispensing, dispensing, potting, automatic quantification. Suitable material: AB glue (polyurethane, PU glue, silicone, epoxy resin).
