Heating device: Because the polyurethane liquid sprayed between the upper and lower steel plates is in the double-crawler machine, a chemical reaction and aging process need to occur at a certain temperature. In order to complete such a process, it is necessary to have equipment to provide hot air to the double-crawler machine . The hot air circulation device uses an electric heating source to form a circulation channel through a wind pipe, a blower, and upper and lower laminators. To produce high-quality finished plates, the temperature on the track plates of the double-crawler machine needs to have no deviation, and the upper and lower temperatures must be the same temperature. Therefore, the heating air device is very special. The double-crawler machine is used to heat inside the crawler, and The upper and lower track shoes of the double-track machine provide hot air separately to meet the requirements.
The heating system is composed of electric heating, control cabinet, hot air pipeline, temperature control system, etc.
The air is heated by the heating furnace, and the hot air enters the double crawler through the hot air duct, and directly heats the double crawler. The infrared temperature probe directly detects the temperature change of the double crawler and provides it to the control cabinet. The double crawler is controlled by the control cabinet. With high-precision temperature control, it is more stable when the polyurethane foam is foamed and cured, and the foam is more firmly bonded to the steel plate.
